Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Wasteclean, a service operated by Vechron LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Guidelines

• Yard Access: Your gate must be unlocked on your scheduled service day. If we cannot access your yard, we cannot complete the service for that week and you will not be refunded for the missed visit.
• Dogs on Property: For the safety of our technicians and your pets, ALL dogs must be kept indoors during your scheduled service window. If dogs are left in the yard, our technician will not be able to complete the service, and you will not be refunded for the missed visit.
• Yard Size: Standard pricing applies to residential yards up to 0.5 acres. If your property exceeds this size, we reserve the right to contact you to negotiate a custom rate or cancel the service.

3. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis via Stripe, collected upfront for the upcoming month of service. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring monthly subscription fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vechron LLC (dba Wasteclean) and its employees or contractors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, escaped pets, or injuries occurring during or after the provision of our services. Homeowners are responsible for securing their property and pets prior to our arrival.
